What's for dinner Son?

Mother’s day is on its way. Catalogues, TV spots and many other “reminders” have already started to be seen. We know that Mom always deserves the best, but the best doesn’t mean the most expensive. Besides, most of these campaigns try to get you to buy a new stove, a microwave, a washing machine, etc. It’s Mother’s day, not Kitchen day or cleaning day. Mom would probably be happy with a big hug and a kiss, that would be more than enough. If you still want to give her a present, keep in mind that a meaningful present will always be most appreciated.

If you are lucky enough to live nearby your mom, consider preparing her favorite meal and serve it on a nicely decorated table with a centerpiece of her favorite flowers - it is a wonderful choice! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner are opportunities to show how much you love her. Keep in mind that restaurants will be full that day, so eating at home with all the family seems a better choice. But don’t let Mom do any cooking at all!!! Spoil her a little that day. Let’s not forget your Mother-in-law (or future Mother-in-law, if you want to score some brownie points!

If you cannot visit your Mom or Mother- in-law to do some cooking, at least you can take care of the centerpiece of fresh flowers that will make the dining table look amazing. Peruviana offers some beautiful centerpieces, as well as other arrangements of flowers to Lima Peru specially prepared for this occasion. Visit us at http://www.peruviana.com/!

I ¿red? you!... It's all about the color!

It is well known that Roses are always a meaningful gift. You can silently send love, respect or condolences by choosing the color of the flowers. Even though Red is the most popular choice; white, yellow, orange Roses, or even combinations of them, are also messages you may consider sending. In the next paragraphs we will try to help you make sure you are sending the message you intend.
Red ones are the ones we usually send to our very special one. We all know Red means love and passion, but it also means courage and respect. So it is probably the right choice if you are sure you want to say “I love you”. If the person you are sending the flowers to is not your boyfriend/girlfriend yet, you may consider sending a combination of Red and white Roses. White means purity, innocence, silence or secrecy, reverence and humility. Red and white together, mean unity. They say “I want to be more than friends!” Another option for that special one is Orange, which means Desire, and enthusiasm. Don’t risk being misunderstood though.
If you want to say “Happy Birthday” or “I hope you are doing fine” you can choose pink or yellow Roses or a combination of both. Pink means aappreciation, "Thank you", grace, perfect happiness, and admiration; while Yellow means Joy, gladness, friendship, delight, the promise of a new beginning.
There you have it. These are some of the choices you have if you want to express your feelings with Roses. Don’t wait for a birthday or an anniversary to let someone know you care about her/him. As a matter of fact, a non-expected gift is always the nicest one to receive. Let us at http://www.peruviana.com/ assist you with your orders to send Flowers and Gifts to Lima Peru.
